Kissel Hill Elementary School

WARWICK SCHOOL DISTRICT | LITITZ, PA

This $10 million project for Warwick School District involved additions and renovations to Kissel Hill Elementary School. The 28,074 square foot additions to the school consisted of new classrooms, a new cafeteria, and a new multi-purpose room. The cafeteria, featuring large windows along one wall to take advantage of abundant natural lighting and outdoor views, includes a separate two-story entrance for after-school activities. Adjacent to the cafeteria is the multi-purpose room, which functions both as a gymnasium and a large performance or meeting room. Renovations totaling 69,505 square feet included the conversion of the existing gym and cafeteria into a media center with an attached computer lab and reading room. Reese Hackman provided electrical, lighting, and special systems design services for these modifications.
