There are numerous reasons that our staff is proud to be part of the Reese Engineering team. Whether it is the fast growing community of State College in which we live and work, or the energetic people that we get to collaborate with every day, or the challenging and satisfying projects we get to work on across the country, we feel that Reese Engineering is THE place to work.
Reese Engineering presently has the following positions available:

Reese Engineering has established a 401K Retirement Savings Plan. This is a deferred compensation plan that allows employees to contribute up to a maximum dollar amount (based on the IRS Cost of Living Index) of their salary using before-tax dollars. The plan also allows for an annual Matching Contribution from Reese Engineering.
Reese Engineering offers comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance for full-time employees. Coverage begins the very first day the employee starts working. We have also established a Comp-Flex Premium Conversion Program (Section 125 Plan), which allows an employee to pay for medical insurance premiums, out-of-pocket medical expenses, and dependent care costs through payroll deductions using before-tax dollars.
Full-time employees enjoy the benefit of flexible business hours, in addition to having half-days every Friday. Reese Engineering’s business hours are 7:30am-5:30pm Monday through Thursday and 7:30am-11:30am on Fridays.
All employees receive paid time off. This compensated time is a combination of sick time off and vacation time off. The accrual rate varies based on full-time versus part-time employment status, as well as length of service.
